Room 3's balloon cars.

Room 1 was invited to watch how Room 3 could move their cars by just blowing up a balloon. We had so much fun watching and learning how these worked.

Move it!

As part of our Inquiry topic of MOVE IT this term, we had a MOVE IT afternoon to get the children interested and excited about the new topic. We will be looking at forces and how we make objects move. We made paper darts and had a house competition to see who could make the best paper dart.
We also made rockets out of plastic bottles. Mr McArthur made them fly by pumping them full of air.

Mrs McKewen had a morning with her new class for next term, they really enjoyed creating lovely art works about what they wanted to be when they are older.

Room 6 have been working on creating Jump Jam's for the school to do at fitness time. Today the whole school did the Thriller dance!
