On Friday we welcomed J.T. to room 1. J.T. has an older sister Amanda and cousin Eti in room 1. J.T. is loving school so far!!

Technology - Coding

Mrs Stanley taught us that you do not need technology to do some coding. Here is Poppy being the teacher running a coding session with toys and cards.

Elgrego

Elgrego came to visit St Joes to remind us how to not be bullies. It was a fantastic magic show and some Room 1 students managed to earn prizes.

Shared Prayer - Forgiveness

Room 1 kicked off the Shared Prayers for the term with a fabulous Shared Prayer on Forgiveness, one comment from another teacher was that it was the best one Room 1 had done this year!

Room 1 and 4 Class Mass

Recently Room 1 and 4 celebrated their Class Mass with a focus on Mary. It was a fantastic Mass held in the Chapel and the students were fantastic.

Fundamental Skills Week 4

Fundamentals continued in week 4 with more time to practice our catching and throwing - we are starting to see fantastic improvements in their ability to catch and throw. I am very proud of Room 1 and all their progress.
