Caritas Challenge

The final Thursday of the term saw the students of St Joes take part in activities to feel a little bit more like the children in South Sudan. We ate one slice of white bread for morning tea and helped room 6 carry water in a bucket around the track.

Farewell Coach Naomi!

Here are some photos of our last session with Coach Naomi before she heads away on her big adventure. It was a sunny, cold then wet session but the students put in 100% and had a great time.

Physics Open Afternoon

I could not be more proud of Room 1 at the Physics Open afternoon. This was a mammoth task asking the wee guys to run their own station and explain to parents what they had been learning. They engaged with the parents and had so much fun showing off their learning and making a creative mess in the room. They were amazing, go Room 1!!!
