We have a lot planned for this term and we are looking forward to sharing what our learners are doing.
Our Inquiry topic this term is Maori Language and Culture. To kick off this topic we have a trip planned to the local Marae, where children will get to experience a powhiri (welcoming) and traditional Maori games. To wrap up this topic we will be celebrating all the different cultures in our school on a 'Culture Night'.
We will also taking the children swimming near the end of the term, not to mention all the Christmas festivities!
